We endeavour to despatch packages for stock items as soon as referenced payments are cleared. If the item is not in stock, there may be a wait of 3-6 working days.

Online layby options are available through our online store. If you wish to place an item on layby, you must clearly mention that it is a layby in the comment box at the checkout.

Layby items are held for 8weeks from the date of purchase. The minimum deposit is 12.5%, and the final payment must be made within 8 weeks. If final payment is not completed within the 8weeks, the item will be returned to stock, the buyer being refunded as per our layby cancellation.

Layby Cancellation: In the case of a layby cancellation, a $40 administrations fee plus the loss of value of the items on the purchase order will be deducted from the paid amount. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
